Meet Our Client Service Representatives
Our client service staff works every day to ensure a positive experience for both you and your pet. Scheduling and coordinating all of our services is no easy task, but our experienced client service representatives are up to the challenge, while also providing excellent client service and promoting our Fear Free℠ standard of care.
Ashley has worked at Bigger Road Veterinary Clinic since 2004, before that she worked at a local kennel and volunteered at Sicsa. She thoroughly enjoys her work and loves working with people she considers her friends. She started as a Veterinary Assistant before becoming a Client Service Representative. Ashley is now the Client Service department Team Lead. She shares her home with two dogs and one cat. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her family and friends.
Ashley is a certified Fear Free Professional and the Team Lead of the Client Service department.
Chris has lived in the Dayton area most of her life with the exception of a year of high school in Florida and the first year of married life in Cincinnati. She absolutely loves working with animals and has been a Client Service Representative for 31 years and counting. In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with her two daughters, two grandsons, one granddaughter, and traveling with her husband. She shares her home with a dog named Jasper, and two cats, Megumi, and Kaito. Chris hopes to one day live half of the year in a log cabin in Montana and the other half on a beach (to be determined later).
Jamy grew up in Bellbrook, OH. She has been a client services representative here for over 5 years. She has a Golden Retriever named Ivy. She loves greeting all of the pets and being a familiar face when clients walk through the door. She has an associates degree and a special interest in interior design and she enjoys doing DIY projects in her spare time. On a nice day you might find her hiking at Sugarcreek Reserve.
Courtney grew up on a small farm in Hunter, Ohio where her family raised cattle, sheep, hogs, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, and one donkey. She was an active member in 4-H for thirteen years, starting as a cloverbud when she was five years old. She showed livestock and competed in county, state, and national competitions. She was a member of the Ohio Cattleman's BEST Program where she exhibited cattle every other weekend November through April at state competitions. Courtney was also an active member of the Warren County Livestock Judging Team for nine years also competing in county, state, and national competitions. Courtney has always had a passion for animals both big and small. Courtney and her fiance reside in Dayton, Ohio with their five fur babies, two dogs; Oliver, a Newfoundland and Jase, a Siberian Husky Mix and three cats Harvey, Roadie, and Elsa. In 2011 She graduated from the Warren County Career Center for Veterinary Science. Courtney joined the practice in August of 2015. Courtney's top priority is to help provide quality medical care through communication, positive experiences and advocating for pets. She enjoys gardening, DIY projects, spending time with family and friends, movies, music, and good food.
Yvonne entered the medical field as a Dental Assistant but her passion for animals led her to the Veterinary field. Before moving to Ohio in 2015 she lived in Oklahoma, working as a Veterinary Assistant for three years.Yvonne grew up as a NAVY brat and has lived in various states. She moved to Ohio to be closer to her sister, who is in the Air Force, and her two young nieces. Yvonne currently works as a client service representative and is attending college to attain her Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She ultimately wants to work as a Veterinary Technician. She is passionate and enthusiastic about working out, lifting weights and eating clean. If she's not working you will find her training at the gym. Yvonne shares her home with her daughter, and her two cats; one "Boyfriend", is a 13-year-old brown Tabby, and his sister, "Drama", a 13-year-old Tortoiseshell.
Allison was born and raised in Kettering, Ohio. She pursued an associate’s degree in Science towards Chemical Engineering, but her love for animals drew her into the veterinary field. Allison has been a veterinary assistant for over 3 years and is now also a Client Service Representative. She has one cat named Odysseus who she rescued from the great outdoors 3 years ago. Allison can be found on her days off doing anything Harry Potter related, seeing movies, playing video games, board games, or doing any of the above with friends.
Lauren was raised in Charleston, SC and obtained her Psychology degree from Clemson University. She recently relocated here from Florida and loves the area. Since childhood, Lauren has always had a passion for animals and decided after college that that was the field she wanted to work in, which brought her to Bigger Road. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and 7 animals: 4 bunnies and 3 cats.
